The taste of simplicity

Where over a hundred years ago there was the “Locanda delle Alpi”, now Hostaria di Bricai lives, a historical place that blends ancient tastes with current balances and original ideas. To give life and personality to this cuisine are Giorgio and Chiara, a young couple coming from Milan, but with deep roots in the Valsesia valley.

Natural and local products, traditional homemade food preparations experience new features and identities in innovative dishes with the common denominator of quality. At the heart of each food creation there is the research of genuine products, mainly bought among high-quality local farms.
