					  Excellent supper, very well stocked bar. - Open on Mondays Thursday, Saturday maybe Sunday (not sure). We (father and teen son) went on a quiet Monday and have never had better service. Food also superb. Highly recommend.

You just do not want to leave. A few tables. Nice atmosphere. Not expensive, Fun and very social. Book a table or you will not get one.

Importantly the food, wine, beer and after dinner drinks were all fantastic, would definitely go back next time we visit Gressoney-La-Trinité.

A family-run... read more business, Francesca is front of house and does an excellent job of communicating the menu and making suggestions. Her husband, David (?) is in the kitchen. You'll need to book as there are only a few tables but this makes for a lovely intimate atmosphere. We enjoyed the food so much that we dined here twice in 6 days, even though we had to drive for ten minutes to get there. It's also excellent value compared to other restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.

					  Complimenti allo Chef! - Dopo 5 anni dall’ultima visita alla sede di Rassa sono ritornato con mia moglie al nuovo ristorante di Varallo appena inaugurato nella prestigiosa villa della Casa Valsesiana, sull'altura che domina... read more la cittadina. Location splendida dove si può pranzare all’aperto su un caratteristico terrazzo in legno circondato dalla vegetazione di castagni e pini. Gentilezza, professionalità e Cucina Gourmet. Menu non vastissimo ma concentrato su piatti studiati e presentati in maniera magistrale. Mia moglie ha scelto controfiletto di cervo con cremoso di sedano rapa per iniziare, seguito da quaglia farcita in casseruola, polenta croccante, scaloppa di foie gras d’anitra. Io ho optato per un torcione di foie gras d’anatra con mostarda di zucca, seguito da bocconcini di capriolo stufati con polenta. Tutti piatti squisiti, accompagnati da un ottimo Erbaluce autoctono del Piemonte.

Complimenti allo Chef che tende al miglioramento continuo.

					  Ristorante da conoscere. In valsesia tra i migliori - Il ristorante merita il viaggio per la cura attenta dei piatti, la qualità degli ingredienti, gli abbinamenti originali e là professionali del servizio. Gli spazi sono ridotti.

We loved it here so came twice... read more whilst we were in Gressoney La Trinite. The owners were very engaging and spoke excellent English much to my dismay as I do like to try out my awful Italian 😂 best to book at busy times. Offered good vegetarian options also.
